Render Weekly x Vizcom Contest:
Terms & Conditions 

By submitting an entry to the Render Weekly x Vizcom Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to the following terms, which are in addition to the Render Weekly Terms of Use.

Usage Rights & Sharing

You grant Render Weekly and Vizcom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your submitted images and submission information in any marketing, promotional, or editorial materials, across all media formats and channels. This includes but is not limited to social media posts, website features, email newsletters, presentations, and advertising materials. Render Weekly and Vizcom may crop, resize, or adjust submitted images for formatting and presentation purposes while maintaining the integrity of your work.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your design and the intellectual property rights to your submission. Granting Render Weekly and Vizcom usage rights does not transfer ownership of your design or assets.

Attribution & Credits

Render Weekly and Vizcom will make good faith efforts to credit you as the creator of your submission wherever reasonably possible. However, you acknowledge that attribution may not always be feasible due to format or context, and credit cannot be guaranteed in every instance.

Data Sharing with Vizcom

By entering, you agree that Render Weekly will share your submission materials and relevant information, such as your name and submission details, with Vizcom for marketing and promotional use as outlined above.

Original Work Confirmation

By submitting, you confirm that your entry is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Agreement to Terms

Participation in the Contest constitutes your agreement to this Addendum and the Render Weekly Terms of Use.

How We Decide What Gets Featured

Submitting to the Contest does not guarantee your work will be published, promoted, or selected as a winner by Render Weekly or Vizcom. Decisions around selection and usage are made at the sole discretion of Render Weekly and Vizcom.
